Benz MotorWagon was a two-seater, one-cylinder, two-stroke Car which ran for the first time on New Year's Eve 1879.
Without her husband's knowledge, Benz's daring wife Bertha, and their two sons embarked on the first long-distance journey in automotive history on an August day in 1888. The route took them from Mannheim to Pforzheim, her place of birth. With this journey of 180 kilometers including the return trip Bertha Benz demonstrated the practicality of the motor vehicle to the entire world.
This is a faithful reproduction with the clever edition of hidden electric motors to drive the car and turn the motor for film friendly use. A tow jig and seat only set is also available.
Only available with a chaperone who will happily drive in costume.
